Hi and welcome! The most important thing I can tell you up front is that I’m dedicated to solving legal questions with clients through open and honest communication, even when the honest answer is the hardest one to hear. While I have experience in many areas, I excel at all things contracts and enjoy helping people wade through difficult criminal matters (including OWIs and traffic violations).
One of the biggest complaints I hear about lawyers is our lack of communication. I promise to set expectations on how and when to best communicate and, above all, I promise to keep my clients informed.

I have been licensed since 2017 and have had the pleasure of working with numerous, seasoned attorneys that I have learned invaluable lessons from. My experience ranges from defending against criminal charges (from traffic violations and OWIs to murder), litigating hundreds of civil matters from start to finish, reviewing and drafting contracts and leases for many clients including small businesses and talent, and preparing dozens of simple estate plans.

No! One of the benefits of the modern world is that we can have a variety of ways in which we can meet. I will happily set up a phone or video call with you, travel to meet you in-person, or meet you at my office.

Ethical behavior, client service, and quality legal advice. Attorneys have an ethical code we must abide by. There are attorneys that skirt the rules or search for loopholes. I’m not that attorney and I will never compromise my ethical standards.
Beyond ethics, it is important to provide topnotch client service. My clients should be informed and involved in the process. Part of client service is assuring clients have realistic expectations on the outcome of the case, and it is my job to set those expectations.
Finally, quality legal advice must be at the forefront of all we do here at Pasquale Law. I strive to avoid frivolous work and will be honest about how the law looks for your particular matter.

No. Each state has a public database of all licensed attorneys which indicates when the attorney gained licensure, the current status of the attorney, and whether there has been any discipline. Therefore, you’re able to search my name in each state in which I’m licensed to verify that I have never been disciplined.

It depends on the specifics of your case. Pasquale Law does not offer a one-size-fits-all approach. Rather, I will take the time to learn about your situation, your goals, and your timeline. After assessing the situation, I will be able to better providing you with next steps and an approximate timeline.
